Capisco lor signori che senza incentivi gli si riduce la possiblità di far danni ed incassare soldi, ma viva Iddio, il governo ne ha fatto una delle giuste (segnatela sul Calendario)... il sistema degli incentivi e dei certificati verdi in Italia is one of the biggest scandals ever in our nation, even though no one except Report talk ...
I note that the "incentives" are funded with our money we are "stolen" by the bill without our consent and there is no machine that makes them ... . not to mention the damage done to 'Environment ... so before you make a lot of whining hypocrites we face an examination of conscience and the dignity you have to shut up !!!... And the decency to study REAL investment plans on complementary energies and is studying policies that lead to reductions in consumption and not to its increase ....
